The Community Health Diagnostics Outreach Project is a biennial initiative led by DiagnoReach to expand access to reliable diagnostic services and promote public health awareness in underserved communities across Delta State. Through field-based laboratory screening, disease surveillance, and health education, the project supports early detection of communicable and non-communicable diseases, improving health outcomes and strengthening community resilience.

Our outreach teams conduct on-site sample collection, biochemical and clinical testing, and health education sessions focused on conditions such as malaria, tuberculosis, anaemia, and childhood metabolic disorders. Epidemiological data gathered during each outreach cycle contribute to local disease monitoring and inform community-level health interventions.

The project reflects DiagnoReach’s commitment to equitable access to diagnostics, community health empowerment, and sustainable public health development.
